Heartiest congratulation to the LORD DOLAR POPAT OF HARROW on his elevation to Peerage in the House of Lords on 12th July 2010.

Lort Popat is Chief Executive of TLC Group, an organization that specializes in healthcare, hospitality and property development. Confronted with the realities of privation in the early days of life, he had no option but ot work his way up and venture into the business and despite being quoted as one of the wealthiest Indians in the UK, Lort Popat maintains his humble approach and attitude.

Lort Popat has a long history of public service but had always kept a very low profile. His wife Lady Sandya Popat has always stood by him and wil now find herself working even harder to support Lort Popat in hiw new role in The House of Lords. We are proud and fortunate to have remarkable people like Lord Popat who has always put the interests of others above his own as a member of Lohana Community.
